Sun Valley Landscaping Plans Expansion, Transitions Supply Yard to Dedicated Operations Facility

OMAHA, NE – Sun Valley Landscaping announced today that it will transition its supply yard from retail and contractor sales to a dedicated internal operations facility to support the company’s continued growth.

For more than 30 years, the Sun Valley Supply Yard has served homeowners, contractors, and Sun Valley crews. Support from the Omaha community helped Sun Valley grow into one of the area’s leading landscape companies.

As the company has expanded, it has outgrown its current operational space. Ending public material sales will allow Sun Valley to expand its landscape and maintenance operations while remaining and reinvesting in its current neighborhood.

“Our company has grown consistently for many years, and we need more space to support our people, crews, equipment, and clients,” said CEO Paul Fraynd. “The supply yard has been an important part of our history, and we are grateful to everyone who has supported it. This transition allows us to invest in the next chapter of Sun Valley while continuing to grow in the South Omaha neighborhood we call home.”

Regular retail and contractor sales will conclude July 3, 2026. Existing mulch delivery gift certificates will continue to be honored. The facility will remain Sun Valley’s internal operations hub, supporting material staging, fleet and equipment logistics, and landscape, maintenance, irrigation, and snow crews.

Over the next 12–18 months, Sun Valley plans to expand the facility with a new shop building, remodeled office and training space, additional parking, and room for continued staff growth.

All current yard employees were offered continued opportunities within Sun Valley based on their preferences and circumstances.
